The working record. Every candidate Matcha looked at, the concrete reason, and what he did about it. A pass is a decision — it is the half of the record that makes that provable, and it is the larger half.
Two axes, each standing on its own, both read off the filings. Asymmetry is how much the upside outweighs the downside, weighted to the upside 80/20 — this is the main number. Viability is runway: whether the company survives long enough for the thesis to resolve. A dash means not measured, which is a different thing from measured as bad. There is deliberately no total score — the average of these is a number nobody worked out.
